Privacy Policy

Short version: we keep your first name, your email and your quiz answers so we can show you your result, email it to you with your 3-day plan andtell you when the full plan is ready. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use cookies. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- What you type: your first name and your email.
- Your quiz answers, including your age range, and the path the quiz gives you.
- How the quiz is used, without your name: a random code for your visit, which steps you reached (opened the page, started, finished, left your email, saw your result, tapped the "full plan" button) and the website that sent you here, if any.
We don't use cookies and we don't save anything in your browser.
Why we use it
- To show you your result and email it to you, with your 3-day plan.
- To email you news about your path, like when the full step-by-step plan is ready.
- To see how many people finish the quiz, so we can make it better.
Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you see your result (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time. That doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored in Google Sheets and our emails are sent with Gmail, both run by Google LLC in the United States. Transfers to Google are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The company that hosts this website keeps normal server logs (like your IP address) for security. Nobody else gets your data, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, and never more than 12 months after this free test ends. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, send you a copy, or stop using it. Just email calmfire11@gmail.com or reply "stop" to any of our emails. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the data protection authority where you live.
Age
This quiz is for people 16 or older. If you're younger, please don't leave your email. If we find out someone under 16 left their data, we delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is big, we'll email you first.
